You can measure the distance from the bridge of your nose (between your eyes) to the "depression" between your lower lip and chin, with a ruler to find the ideal size of the mask.
The mask and headgear should only be washed by hand by gently rubbing them in warm (approximately 30°C) water with mild soap. All parts should be thoroughly rinsed with drinking water and allowed to air dry in the sun.
To optimize mask sealing, face oils should be removed from the pad after use. Wash the parts of the mask by hand (not the headband). If the ventilation opening requires cleaning, use a soft brush.
